GymLeverage is a suite of software tools for gym owners and trainers. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own business for as long as your subscription is active. "Founding" pricing means the rate you joined at is guaranteed for 24 months from your first payment while your subscription remains active and uninterrupted; after that period, then-current pricing may apply with at least 30 days' notice. It does not guarantee the Service will run forever.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
You're responsible for your license key and for the data you enter into the tools — including any information about your own members or clients, and for having the right to use it. You can export or delete your data; see our Privacy Policy.
Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. You're responsible for any applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. GymLeverage provides tools and general information — it is not professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including any programming, marketing, hiring, or financial decisions. Always use professional judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Strength Health LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update, improve, or discontinue tools, and we may update these Terms. We'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
